APPLICATION:
A modified acrylic base sealer which produces a tough, hard, and highly protective finish.
HMKR S37 protects against water, dirt, oil, and citric acids. For interior and
conditional exterior use for rough and textured mineral and some ceramic surfaces.
Enhances the color and texture, while leaving a satin finish. S37 is about highly vapor
permeable, UV resistant, and slip retardant. Not effective on polished, glazed or
non-absorbing surfaces. |

DIRECTIONS:
Apply to chemically clean and dry surface with HMKR Z170-171 Sealing Brushes or
natural bristle brush. One or two thin and even applications are usually sufficient,
depending on porosity of surface. Allow 30-60 minutes between each application. Allow to
cure a minimum of 12 hours before walking on. |

60-100 sqft/qt.
WARNING: Contains Naphtha. Combustible. Keep away from heat and flame.
Harmful or fatal if swallowed or inhaled.. Use with adequate ventilation. Avoid eye/skin
contact, breathing vapor or mist. If exposed, wash/flush with water. Get medical
attention. Keep container closed and away from children. See Material Safety Data Sheet.
TESTING: Perform testing on installed surface to determine several
factors: number of coats necessary to achieve proper protection; visual appearance after
application: protection against water and dirt infiltration. |
